Quality and Integrity

Providing quality services means working towards continuous improvement and to constantly seek to optimize our operating efficiency.

Our Integrated Management System is certified under the following standards: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety). We are also working towards implementing API Q2 Quality Standard, which has been specifically developed for the oil and gas industry. This standard will have a positive impact on the delivery of our services, strengthening such key aspects as design, control and operational reliability.

Our Quality Principles

We understand and comply with our internal and external clients’ requirements, and we always seek to exceed their expectations.

We focus on preventing the risk of processes not delivering the expected results.

We define our objectives and measure the results achieved.

We follow procedures and specifications, and manage any changes that may be necessary in a controlled fashion.

We maximize our resources, avoiding the duplication of efforts or those factors that may lead to rework.

We validate our results and products against our defined objectives.

We always seek to learn from deviations, using this evidence as feedback to improve our processes and sustain efficiency.

We reinforce our team’s commitment with effective quality management.

Operational Integrity

In order to ensure the integrity of the rigs and the efficient implementation of the IMS (Integrated Management System) in the field, our Operational Integrity Department regularly inspects all units to detect substandard operating conditions for the rigs, and submits its reports to Management for follow-up and a final solution.
